Claremore Business Parks

Claremore Industrial Park
For years, Claremore has recognized the importance of industrial growth areas and offers industrial development property in the Business Park.
Current companies include AXH Air-Coolers, LLC (heat exchangers), Whirlwind (metal building parts manufacturer) and Centrilift/Baker-Hughes (down hole pumps and equipment)
Claremore North Business Park
The Claremore North Business Park is a new business park adjacent to the Claremore Industrial Park. This park has 120 acres available, with options for another125 acres. Claremore North has all the infrastructure and utilities completed for a site-ready location.
The City of Claremore provides water, sewer, and storm drainage systems to the park as well as electrical service. The Claremore North Business Park features a 12” (30.48 cm) water line, a 12” (30.48 cm) sewer line and a water drainage system of 24” (60.96 cm). Each system is in place and available. The park currently has a minimum electrical capacity of 4,000 kva available during the peak season of June to September. The City plans to add more electrical capacity to the Park in the near future based on needs. Natural gas service to the park is provided by ONG, and Fiber Optic high speed telephone service is available and provided by AT & T (formerly SBC) and Cox.
Pryor Machine and Tool constructed a 50,000 square foot facility becoming the first resident in the new Claremore North Business Park.
